1. Can I cancel my order?

• Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting the My Orders section or contacting customer support.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Orders placed during Flash Sales or Special Promotions are not eligible for cancellation.

2. What items can I return?

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is defective/damaged.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is not as described.

Conditions for return:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
• Returns will be accepted only after quality check.

3. What items are non-returnable?

For hygiene, safety, and policy reasons, the following items are not returnable:

• Innerwear, lingerie, nightwear, and swimwear
• Cosmetics, beauty & personal care products (once opened/used)
• Perishable items (food, groceries, etc.)
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Clearance sale or “Final Sale” products
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation
• Festive light like - Jhaalar, Rice Light, Rope Light, Diya and other 

4. Do you offer replacement instead of refund?

• Yes, in case of a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement (subject to stock availability).
• If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

5. How long does the refund process take?

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after verification.
